Flexible prices – perfect for early bookers

Our prices are per person and night and vary according to room category and current occupancy. This flexible pricing model is especially worthwhile for savvy early bookers, who can secure particularly attractive rates.
 

Binding reservation

To confirm your reservation, we ask you to transfer 30% of the total amount. Alternatively, you may provide a valid credit card number to confirm your booking. In this case, the deposit will be charged directly to your credit card.

 Children’s discounts

… apply when staying in a room with two full-paying adults:
0 to 2.99 years: €15.00 per child and night

3 to 7.99 years: 50% off the list price

8 to 13.99 years: 30% off the list price

 

Local tax

The indicated rates do not include the tourist tax, amounting to € 3,50 per person (over 14 years) and night, to be paid locally.
 

Cancellation conditions

You can book your holiday with peace of mind. The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.

Cancellation till 7 days before arrival: free of charge

Cancellation 7 days until 1 day prior to arrival: 80%

Cancellation on the day of arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100%

The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation, but it will remain as a credit for a future stay at our property – redeemable flexibly subject to availability and prior arrangement.

For high season (August, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Biathlon, Carnival) free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival.

 

Trip cancellation insurance

To avoid unpleasant surprises, we recommend that you take out trip cancellation insurance.

 

Payment methods on site

We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards (except American Express). In case of complete payment of the hotel bill in cash already upon your arrival (excluded drinks & extra), we grant you a 1% discount.
